Atlas House, Heavitree Road

This project sees the sustainable re-use of an existing building. The scheme redevelops the site with a part demolition (rear wing only), alteration and extension of the existing building for use as student housing accommodation.

Heavitree Road is directly opposite Exeter Universities St Lukes Campus making it ideal for the new 75 student units. The accommodation will be a mix of 46 clusters and 29 studio with common facilities including open plan communal kitchens and living area, private and shared study spaces, and secure cycle parking.
