Andersia Hotel occupies the lower half of a newly built 18 storey tower. The tower is the second phase of a major mixed use development to eventually comprise three towers designed by a local architect. PRC provided the interior design services for the hotel. The four star hotel is operated by IBB Hotels and is primarily aimed at the business traveller as Poznan is the main venue in Poland for trade fairs.
The hotel accommodates 171 bedrooms. Six of the floors feature Comfort and Luxury bedroom types, whilst the ninth floor offers larger Executive bedrooms, as well as Senior and Presidential suites, together with an Executive Lounge.
