The approved masterplan for industrial & logistics uses was secured on the former Ford Car Works following approval of an outline planning application.
Working with Roxhill & AXA, PRC successfully completed the construction works for each plot on a tenant by tenant basis. Orion Park is now a completed, high quality employment site.
