Coxbridge Business Park is a new industrial site with 12 plots. This project involved the development of plot 7 for a designated occupier, Carlin, a well respected and successful Formula 3 racing team.
The building has been designed and built for primarily B1b use; a research and development type environment with clean room facilities for the design and preparation of racing cars.
It includes a wind tunnel, computer driver simulation, and parts testing. The cars will be brought from the race tracks, stripped down, reformed and then sent off to the next race venue.
