PRC produced a site masterplan to help Fit UK secure the site in a competitive bid. Fit Out UK are a leading interior fit out contractor and relocation services provider working primarily with blue chip retail and leisure operators and required a state of the art HQ and distribution centre. The site comprises four units, two bespoke for the Fit Out UK and two as speculative trade units. The development brings a high contaminated site back into productive occupation, following rigorous remediation. Strong design emphasis has been placed on sustainability and setting the buildings in an attractively landscaped riverside setting.
